As the first nationwide public award for Software-as-a-Service products, the CLOUD AWARD 2011 awards a prize to the most popular solutions in the cloud. MovingIMAGE24 proved itself with the VideoManager 5 against numerous competitors – among others the winner TecArt with their CRM solution – and received the Nominee award at the IT-Profits evening event. Host and giver of the award was T-Systems Media Solutions in cooperation with IT-Profits.

The CLOUD AWARD 2011 was given for the first time and is based on a nationwide online-voting. Every company with with a SaaS solution was able to participate and every Internet user was able to vote. The focus of the award are web based programs, that offer online services.

ITVA presented "State of the Art" awards to MovingIMAGE24 for innovative media design in two categories: "Multimedia application" and "Corporate image". The social media video portal of the VDZ Akademie and the interactive video technology of the Federal Ministry of the Interior were awarded prizes. The ITVA awards took place in 12 categories on 24 September within the framework of the photokina exhibition in Cologne.

The ITVA award was presented for the 18th time for exemplary audio-visual communication solutions. The international association promotes the use of audio-visual media in communication processes.

The interactive online video "IT@BMI erleben" (Experience IT@BMI), presented by the Federal Ministry of the Interior and using online video technology from MovingIMAGE24, won first prize in the Best of Corporate Publishing Award. The video was praised particularly for its linking of innovative, stylistic film production media with the most current online video technology from MovingIMAGE24. The Best of Corporate Publishing Award is the largest CP competition in Europe, and attracts over 600 publications. Since 2003, the Forum Corporate Publishing (FCP) together with leading sector magazines such as Horizont and w&v have been honouring the best corporate publications in the German-speaking world.

The 10 most innovative products that are most suited for SMEs in the IT sector are presented in an IT Best List of the Initiative Mittelstand (SME initiative) in around 30 categories at www.it-bestenliste.de as well as in the IT Best List year book. VideoManager 4.0 from MovingIMAGE24 appears in the CMS category: The product allows companies, publishers or online shops to distribute top-quality videos worldwide and to play them back on the Apple iPhone and iPad, to add interactive functions and to set professional media libraries and video galleries online at the click of a mouse – without installing any software.

The annual awarding of the INNOVATION PRIZE for IT from the Initiative Mittelstand at CeBIT promotes innovative, media-effective products suitable for SMEs and that provide an impulse to SMEs to improve their competitiveness.
